Phew! J.lo only recently gave birth to twins max and emme but amazingly she took part in a gruelling triathlon last week. Jennifer- 39, raised 70,000 for charity during the event- in which she swam half a mile, did a four- mile run and an 18-mile bike ride- all in an extremely speedy two hours 23minutes and 28seconds.
