Carol has revealed shes put on 10pounds- because of stress. The countdown star 47, admitted that she had been ''shovelling'' food down for weeks after she was forced to quit the channel 4 show. When i get stressed, i dont sleep well, and then i get tired. And when i get tired i find myself shovelling food into my mouth just to keep myself awake,'' she said the presenter, who left the show in july after 26 years, says she hopes to drop the weight by christmas the star admitted: 'i need to get a lot fitter.' *
